Two days after the Saskatoon Gathering ends, Dave and I will be hosting Trevor Warmedahl, Milk Trekker, at our ranch for this iteration of his Sour Milk School. We are collaborating with local goatherd Roxanne Rosel to bring you a cow and goat milk blend to froth you up and get you learning how milk wants to be cheese!

We have our esteemed kitchen lady Hannah on team to serve you coffee, tea, and lunches. Class participants are invited to camp here and be part of mini village life for the week.
There is also nearby lodging available in case you’re not a camper, and the possibility of having a glamping tent set up for you for an additional charge.
Class tuition is $900 for 5 days of class, ranch to table lunches, camping, and the opportunity to engage with and learn about the dairy animals
