TO PAY: In the interest of saving you and me both the expense of a fancy checkout system, I am choosing to go low tech. Here’s the plan: You do the math to figure out how much you owe me based on how many people you are registering. Send that amount to me in one of three ways:

VENMO – Use the Venmo handle @Kathryn-Russell-76 to send the registration fee. The pic is of a yellow flower, code 1290 to verify it’s me

I will do my best to confirm your payment promptly. I am not always plugged in, so there is chance it will take a couple days, but I’ll aim to be on my game!

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the gathering after registering, you can get a full refund minus $20 to cover fees up to May 15. After May 15, I can no longer do refunds, but I will carry your ticket over to next year’s gathering. You are also welcome to find someone to purchase your ticket, just contact me to change the name and details.
