2026 Registration Prices
Adult : early bird $350, after May 1 $400
Youth age 5-12: early bird $100, after May 1 $125
Teen age 13-17: early bird $150, after May 1 $175
Please note we are no longer allowing dogs at the event
Your registration includes:
Four + days of classes with skilled instructors!
Camping and sanitation at the beautiful Skalitude Retreat Center
Good times and family togetherness around the campfire
Community lunch and dinner
Your registration does not include:
Breakfast
Class material fees – many classes will have a small to large fee to cover materials.
We make an effort to have free classes as well
Bring cash to support artisans and teachers!
BASIC SCHEDULE OF EVENTS for 2026
Saturday, June 20th: Setup begins, work traders and teachers arrive
Sunday June 21th: Participants are welcome to arrive anytime after noon. Instructor meeting at 4 PM. Campwide Solstice potluck-style grazing charcuterie feast tables at 6 PM
Monday June 22: Opening Circle at 9 AM. Instructor Introductions, Orientation to Camp, Youth Council Meeting. Lunch, then afternoon classes. Dinner at 6 PM.
Tuesday June 23 –Friday June 26: Full Class Days!
Morning announcements are at 9 AM, classes run from 9:30-12. Lunch break from 12-1. Afternoon classes from 1-5. Dinner at 6 PM. Evening activities begin around 7 PM.
Thursday June 25: Afternoon Barter and Trade Circle. Feast Night Dinner and Drum and Dance night.
Friday June 26: Evening Camp Wide Talent Show
Saturday June 27: Closing Circle at 9:30 AM. Then it’s time to pack up and say goodbye until next year, camp wide breakdown begins.
Sunday June 28: Final break down day. If you’re here you’re working!
Other events and classes will not be scheduled until the gathering is underway, but there will be many classes, talks, and activities to participate in!
